Troy Lofven serves as the Cybersecurity Advisor of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Region 10 in Alaska where he is responsible for assisting private and public sector stakeholders enhance the security and resiliency of critical infrastructure facilities.

Prior to joining CISA in January 2023, Mr. Lofven worked in a variety of cybersecurity technical capacities from incident and alert response to forensics in addition to developing and managing compliance assessment while for the State of Alaska. This varied and aggregate experience provided a broad background that led to his current position as a Cybersecurity Advisor (CSA) for CISA where he helps organizations across the state of Alaska, Region 10, and the United States.
